Reconstruction money is stuck at the door of compliance.
Sponsors have capital. Corridors have need. Between them sits a thirty-step paper chase: identity, sanctions, beneficial-ownership, jurisdiction risk, end-use evidence, audit trail — each rebuilt for each counterparty, each missing a verifiable seal.

ZENITH operates as a deterministic pipeline: same input, same output, every time. Each stage emits a hashed receipt; together they fold into a single signed envelope.

Trust, re-derived.
Any counterparty can hand the report ID to a third party. The third party re-derives the proof, out-of-band, with no help from us. That is the entire point.

Cost was never the barrier.
An economy cannot be separated from development, nor from sovereignty. Where the intent is empowerment, sustainability, and the chance to prove for those who lack the institutional cover — capability, not capital, should decide who is let through. So we design the financial barrier away first.
