Unternehmensstatus.
Bostraion ist ein souveränes Infrastrukturhaus mit Sitz in Rheinland-Pfalz, in der Metropolregion Rhein-Main. Die auf bostraion.com dargestellten Inhalte dokumentieren die Doktrin und das Architekturmodell des Hauses und stellen keine verbindliche Leistungs- oder Verkaufszusage dar.
Bostraion publiziert Doktrin und Architekturdokumentation. Operative Leistungen werden ausschließlich auf Basis dokumentierter Engagement-Verträge mit institutionellen Gegenparteien erbracht (siehe § 9 Regulatorische Abgrenzung).
Pflichtangaben gemäß § 5 TMG (Handelsregister, USt-IdNr. nach § 27a UStG) werden hier gepflegt und aktuell gehalten. Eine zuständige Aufsichtsbehörde entfällt, soweit keine aufsichtspflichtige Tätigkeit ausgeübt wird (siehe § 9).
Corporate status.
Bostraion is a sovereign infrastructure house seated in Rhineland-Palatinate, within the Rhine-Main metropolitan region. The materials presented at bostraion.com document the doctrine and the architectural model of the house and do not constitute a binding offer of services or sale.
Bostraion publishes doctrine and architectural documentation. Operational services are provided exclusively on the basis of documented engagement contracts with institutional counterparties (see § 9 Regulatory scope).
Mandatory information pursuant to § 5 TMG (commercial register, VAT ID under § 27a UStG) is maintained and kept current here. A competent supervisory authority is not applicable, insofar as no regulated activity is carried out (see § 9).

Bostraion ist kein regulierter Finanzintermediär. ZENITH erbringt keine Anlageberatung, keine Vermögensverwaltung, kein Anlage- oder Abschlussvermittlungsgeschäft im Sinne von § 1 Abs. 1a KWG bzw. WpIG und stellt kein Finanzinstrument im Sinne von § 1 Abs. 11 KWG dar.
Die durch die Verifikationsoberfläche von ZENITH erzeugten Artefakte (signierte Briefumschläge, Inclusion-Proofs, Audit-Nachweise) sind ausschließlich aufzeichnungsbeweisende Dokumentation innerhalb einer veröffentlichten Vertrauenskette. Sie sind kein Ersatz für lizenzierte Finanzdienstleistungen, keine qualifizierte elektronische Signatur im Sinne von eIDAS, sofern dies nicht ausdrücklich auf dem jeweiligen Artefakt vermerkt ist, und begründen keine Vertrags- oder Erfüllungsbeziehung mit Bostraion außerhalb der hierfür vorgesehenen Engagement-Verträge.
Regulatory scope.
Bostraion is not a regulated financial intermediary. ZENITH does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or investment-broking or contract-broking activities within the meaning of § 1(1a) KWG or WpIG, and does not constitute a financial instrument within the meaning of § 1(11) KWG.
The artefacts produced by the ZENITH verification surface (signed envelopes, inclusion proofs, audit records) constitute solely record-keeping evidence within a published chain of trust. They are not a substitute for licensed financial services; they are not a qualified electronic signature within the meaning of eIDAS unless expressly stated on the artefact in question; and they establish no contractual or performance relationship with Bostraion outside the dedicated engagement contracts provided for that purpose.
النطاق التنظيمي.
بوسترايون ليست وسيطاً ماليّاً خاضعاً للرقابة. ولا يُقدِّم مشروع ZENITH أيَّ استشارةٍ استثماريّةٍ، ولا إدارةً للأصول، ولا نشاطَ وساطةٍ في الاستثمار أو إبرام العقود، بمفهوم المادة 1 الفقرة 1أ من قانون KWG أو قانون WpIG، كما لا يُشكِّل أداةً ماليّةً بمفهوم المادة 1 الفقرة 11 من قانون KWG.
وما يصدر عن واجهة التحقُّق في ZENITH من مُنتَجاتٍ (مظاريفُ موقَّعة، إثباتاتُ إدراج، سجلّاتُ تدقيق) إنّما يُعدُّ وثائقَ إثباتٍ سِجِلِّيّةٍ حصراً، ضمن سلسلةِ ثقةٍ منشورة. وهذه الوثائق ليست بديلاً عن الخدمات الماليّة المرخَّصة، ولا تُعدُّ توقيعاً إلكترونيّاً مؤهَّلاً بمفهوم لائحة eIDAS ما لم يُنَصَّ على ذلك صراحةً في الوثيقة المعنيّة، ولا تُنشئ أيَّ علاقةٍ تعاقديّةٍ أو أداءٍ مع بوسترايون خارج عقود الالتزام التعاقديّ المخصَّصة لذلك.
Hinweis zu Bosra (UNESCO-Welterbe).
Bostraion bezieht sich auf die historische Stadt Bosra (Provincia Arabia, heutiges Syrien) ausschließlich als zivilisationsgeschichtliches und architektonisches Referenzmodell. Es besteht keinerlei Vertretungs-, Träger- oder Mandatsverhältnis zur historischen Stadt Bosra, zur Syrischen Arabischen Republik, zur UNESCO oder zu deren Schutzkörperschaften (insbesondere dem World Heritage Centre).
Sämtliche heritage-rooted Bezüge sind als Doktrin und Designsprache zu verstehen, nicht als Anspruch auf institutionelle Schirmherrschaft.
Note on Bosra (UNESCO World Heritage).
Bostraion refers to the historical city of Bosra (Provincia Arabia, present-day Syria) exclusively as a civilisational-historical and architectural reference model. There exists no representational, custodial, or mandate relationship with the historical city of Bosra, with the Syrian Arab Republic, with UNESCO, or with their protection bodies (in particular the World Heritage Centre).
All heritage-rooted references are to be understood as doctrine and design language, not as a claim to institutional patronage.

تستند بوسترايون إلى مدينة بصرى التاريخية (ولاية الجزيرة العربية الرومانية — سوريا حاليّاً) بوصفها نموذجاً مرجعياً ذا طابعٍ حضاريٍّ ومعماريٍّ حصراً. ولا تربطها أيُّ علاقةٍ تمثيليّةٍ، أو وصائيّةٍ، أو تفويضيّةٍ بمدينة بصرى التاريخية، ولا بالجمهورية العربية السورية، ولا بمنظمة اليونسكو، ولا بأيٍّ من هيئات الحماية التابعة لها (ولا سيّما مركز التراث العالميّ).
