How to verify this independently

1. Fetch the DID document at zenith-os.bostraion.com/.well-known/did.json and read the platform-root Ed25519 public key.
2. Cross-check that key against /api/.well-known/zenith-verify-keys.json — they must match.
3. Use the verification CLI: npx zenith-verify (Apache 2.0, < 500 LOC) — recomputes hash + checks signature + walks inclusion proof. Or use a third-party Ed25519 verifier; the math is reproducible.
4. Verdict requires no ZENITH cooperation, scheduling, or counterparty introduction.

What this artifact is

Record-keeping evidence under § 23 WpIG. The artifact attests that an operational state transition occurred at a specific moment under a specific signing key. It is not investment advice (§ 15 WpIG, currently flag-disabled), not a settlement instruction, and not a credit underwriting.
